Sales Assistant

Sales Assistant – Haco Lakeview Resort
Location: Kumbalangi, Kochi
Working hours: 10:00 AM–9:00 PM
Starting salary: ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Representative to support our Business Manager and grow bookings for resort stays, private celebrations, group packages and corporate events.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to phone, WhatsApp and online enquiries, follow up consistently, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Track every enquiry, update the CRM, and maintain accurate records of follow-ups, quotations and sales.
• Meet monthly sales targets while working within approved pricing and client budgets.
• Build B2B relationships with companies, travel agents, event planners and other potential partners.
• Arrange client meetings, present packages, prepare quotations and negotiate within approved terms.
• Share regular sales updates with the Business Manager and coordinate confirmed bookings with the operations team.

Requirements: Strong communication and closing skills, confidence in B2B sales, and good computer skills. You should be comfortable using a CRM, spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp Business. Previous hospitality or event sales experience is preferred.

A salary increase may be considered after the successful completion of the four-month probation period, based on performance.
