Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales team with customer visits, payment collection, cheque collection, order follow-up and other field-related sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers and dealers as required for sales-related work.
• Collect payments and cheques from customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and orders.
• Assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Collect and share customer requirements with the sales team.
• Support order booking, delivery follow-up and other sales activities.
• Submit daily updates regarding field visits and collection activities.
• Handle other routine field work related to sales and customer service.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and field work.
• Responsible and punctual.
• Ability to travel locally for customer visits.
• Basic smartphone knowledge.
• Previous experience in sales or field work will be an advantage.
