Sales Assistant

1. Sales Administration
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports, update sales records and lead lists, monitor sales targets, and maintain proper filing and documentation.

2. Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales, calls, emails, WhatsApp, networking, and follow-ups with existing and potential clients.

3. Client & Relationship Management
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, suppliers, agents, NGOs, NPOs, corporate clients, and other relevant business partners.

4. Event & Sales Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and assist in events by preparing proposals, quotations, costing, BEOs, invoices, and post-event reports, while ensuring smooth coordination with the Banquet, Marketing, and other departments.

5. Customer Service & Internal Coordination
Respond promptly to client enquiries, handle feedback and complaints, assist with room reservations and customer requests, and coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance, and other relevant departments.

6. KPI, SOP & General Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales KPIs and targets, comply with departmental SOPs and guidelines, assist with sales booths and hotel events, and perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
