We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing accounts, facilitating direct sales, and enhancing customer service experiences. Responsibilities

· Assist in managing existing accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

· Support the sales team in direct sales initiatives, ensuring all leads are followed up promptly.

· Track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.

· Conduct market research to identify potential business development opportunities.

· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

· Prepare reports on sales performance and contribute insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

· A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

· 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related field is highly preferred.

· Proven experience in inside sales or account management preferred.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

· A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Discipline to self-dedication to constant learning and improvement.

Pay

· Starting wage $20/hr, depending on experience upon interview.
