Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and communicate with clients professionally.
• Handle conversations confidently and maintain a professional tone.
• Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
• Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
• Meet daily calling and performance targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Confident personality with good conversational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
• Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.

Work Location: Zirakpur
