Job Descriptions:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing key customers.
Serve as the primary contact point for assigned customer accounts.
Understand customers' business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
Monitor customer orders, forecasts, and purchasing trends.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to strengthen relationships.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and sales-related documentation.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Support management in achieving sales targets and customer retention objectives.
