Sales Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated colleague to join our team of enthusiastic individuals and support our company’s growth. Work closely with local and global stakeholders ensuring a smooth flow of information.

You will be responsible for:

1. Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities

2. Prepare quotations, sales orders and other sales documents

3. Coordinate with customers regarding orders and enquiries

4. Maintain customer and sales records

5. Follow up on pending orders, payments, and deliveries

6. Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing

7. Handle basic customer queries and provide necessary support

8. Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements Basic Education: Completed basic education

Further Education: Minimum Diploma

Technical Skills: Computer skill with Microsoft office tools – Word, Excel, Outlook etc

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role

Languages: German (Intermediate), English (Fluent), Spanish (Fluent), French (Intermediate), Portuguese (Intermediate)

Pay: CHF5’000.00 - CHF5’500.00 per month
