Sales Assistant – Entry Level

Cardiff Based | Self-Employed | No Previous Experience Required

We’re expanding our Cardiff-based team and are looking for confident, enthusiastic people who enjoy meeting and speaking with others.

This is an entry-level, self-employed opportunity involving face-to-face and door-to-door customer engagement within residential areas. You’ll be representing established services, speaking directly with customers and helping them understand the products and services available.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide full training, regular coaching and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed for the role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet and speak with customers face-to-face in residential areas
• Carry out door-to-door customer engagement
• Introduce customers to relevant products and services
• Build positive and professional customer relationships
• Listen to customer requirements and communicate suitable options
• Respond confidently to questions and objections
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
• Work alongside other team members towards sales and performance targets
• Attend training and development sessions
• Travel to the Cardiff-based office as part of the working routine

• Resilient and professional when faced with objections
• Able to work both independently and within a team
• Comfortable working towards targets and performance goals
• Familiar with basic computer systems for recording customer information
• Available for a minimum of 4 days per week
