Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Part-Time Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting our products/services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
• Promote and explain company products/services to prospective customers.
• Generate new leads and follow up with existing leads.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and understand their requirements.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Support online and offline marketing activities.
• Maintain customer and sales records.
• Collect market feedback and share it with the management team.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
• Basic computer, smartphone, WhatsApp, and social media skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to work independently.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior sales or marketing experience will be an advantage.

Compensation

• Part-Time Salary: ₹[4500] per month / based on working hours
• Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives may be provided.
