Sales Assistant

The position is responsible for providing administrative and cashiering support to ensure smooth branch operations, while assisting clients with their inquiries regarding financial products and services.

• Process cashiering transactions, receive payments, issue Official Receipts, and maintain accurate payment records.
• Manage the branch vault and operating fund, ensuring disbursements comply with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare replenishment requests, expense and commission vouchers, and required collection and production reports.
• Maintain branch contracts, attendance records, marketing materials, and other administrative documents while supporting mall branch agents.
• Assist clients with financial products and services inquiries, participate in meetings and training programs, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Has at least six (6) months of experience in cashiering and customer service
• Has experience in cash handling, payment processing, and record management
• Has good communication and customer service skills
• Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Amenable to work in Cebu City
