Department: Sales & Operations

Reporting To: Regional Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Sales Assistant to support South Region sales and office operations.

The candidate will assist in billing activities, sales coordination, franchise support, and daily operational tasks to

ensure smooth functioning of the Ernakulam office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily billing and invoice activities
• Coordinate with franchisees and sales points
• Maintain sales reports, customer data, and documentation
• Handle office coordination and operational support activities
• Visit nearby franchise locations when required
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations departments
• Support the Regional Manager in daily sales activities

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Willingness to travel locally
• Team handling and customer support skills

Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma

Experience

0 –3 years preferred

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Salary

As per company standards and experience

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
