SALES ASSISTANT

Job Overview

We are seeking a self motivated sales assistant who can work as part of a team or individually.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solution
• Manage product displays, stock levels, and merchandising to enhance the shopping experience
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries

Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey product benefits and negotiate effectively
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to assisting custom
• Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: £10.85-£12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 – 15.0 per week
