Sales Assistant

Job Summary

MyGadgetStores is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales Associates to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting refurbished smartphones and accessories, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable smartphones and accessories.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranty, and available offers.
• Promote refurbished and pre-owned smartphones, ensuring transparent communication about product grades and conditions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage billing, payments, and basic POS operations.
• Maintain stock records and coordinate with the store manager for inventory management.
• Support promotional activities, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Follow company policies, retail processes, and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2); graduates preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile phones, electronics, or consumer durables.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, gadgets, and mobile accessories.
• Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the roster.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
