The Role

We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our store team on an 8-hour contract, made up of two 4-hour shifts per week, one 4 - hour shift to include Saturday.

What You'll Do

• Deliver excellent customer service to every customer who visits the store
• Help customers find the right comfort fit for their needs
• Operate the till accurately and efficiently
• Manage stock replenishment so the shop floor stays well presented
• Support with opening or closing the store during holiday periods, when needed

• A warm, approachable manner and a genuine interest in helping customers
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends
• Reliability and a positive, team-focused attitude
• Retail or customer service experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided
