If you’re confident, enjoy meeting new people and like working in a lively environment, a role as a Sales Assistant could be a great fit.

You’ll spend your day speaking with customers, understanding what they need and helping create a positive experience. You’ll also work alongside a supportive team, develop your confidence and learn practical sales and communication skills along the way.

Never worked in sales before? No problem. Full training is provided, so we’re more interested in your attitude, personality and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with customers and building rapport
• Understanding customer needs and answering questions
• Presenting products and services clearly
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Supporting sales and promotional activities
• Helping generate interest from potential customers
• Following up customer enquiries
• Working alongside the wider sales team
• Developing your sales and communication skills
• Working towards individual and team goals
