Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs

• Manage product displays, stock levels, and organize merchandise to maximize visual appeal
• Handle customer inquiries both in person and via phone or digital channels with clear communication
• Maintain accurate sales records, process transactions efficiently, and ensure proper cash handling
• Support B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by establishing relationships with corporate clients and partners
• Drive company initiatives by promoting new products, special offers, and loyalty programs

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills to confidently close sales and maximize customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills in English to clearly convey product benefits and answer questions
• Proven ability in customer service, creating positive experiences that foster loyalty
• Proficiency in IT systems for sales processing, inventory management, and reporting
• Valid driving license is preferred for visiting clients or managing stock deliveries
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes to develop professional relationships with business clients
