Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Assist customers throughout their shopping experience, ensuring they receive personalized attention and support
• Negotiate effectively to close sales and upsell products or services that meet customer requirements
• Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, benefits, and current promotions to inform and educate customers
• Manage inventory levels, organize displays, and ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and inviting
• Use IT systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining detailed records of sales activities
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers positively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to connect effectively with diverse clients
• Proven customer service experience with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to operate IT systems confidently for sales processing and record keeping
• Valid driving license is preferred for roles involving travel or delivery responsibilities
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
