Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, partners, and business leads.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and other client-facing materials.
• Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, requirements, schedules, and project updates.
• Maintain and update sales leads, client databases, and sales monitoring reports.
• Assist in following up on proposals, quotations, and ongoing negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are properly communicated and executed.
• Support sales activities for concerts, corporate events, brand activations, and other live entertainment projects.
• Assist in preparing post-event reports and maintaining proper documentation.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support sales opportunities.
• Perform other sales-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sales, events, marketing, or entertainment is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with client coordination and follow-ups.
• Able to prepare presentations and basic business documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Willing to work on-site and during events, including weekends or holidays when required.
• Interest in live events, concerts, entertainment, and the creative industry is a plus.
