📍 Fragrance Manila

Fragrance Manila is a local fragrance brand that tells stories about the streets and memories of Manila through scent. Our Kalsada Episodes collection is inspired by familiar places, experiences, and everyday Filipino culture.

We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused Sales Assistant

who can help customers discover the right Fragrance Manila scent, assist with sales, and make sure purchases are fulfilled properly both online and onsite.

What you’ll do:

• Assist customers and recommend scents based on their preferences
• Explain fragrance profiles, notes, and product stories
• Encourage and close sales without being sales-y
• Process onsite purchases accurately
• Fulfill online orders and prepare products for packing and shipment
• Check products, quantities, packaging, and order details before handoff or dispatch
• Pack purchases properly and keep fulfillment materials prepared and organized
• Monitor stocks, testers, and selling supplies
• Keep the booth/office clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Assist during bazaars, pop-ups, and brand events
• Learn and stay familiar with the Fragrance Manila scent lineup

Qualifications:

• Preferably a college graduate, but not mandatory
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to customers
• Sales-oriented and motivated to reach targets
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to handle orders carefully and accurately
• Willing to be trained in fragrance, product knowledge, sales, and fulfillment
• Willing to learn, improve, and grow with Fragrance Manila
• Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends or events when scheduled
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, events, or order fulfillment is a plus, but not required
• Interest in fragrance and local brands is a plus

We’re looking for someone who can listen, recommend, sell, and make sure every order leaves Fragrance Manila correctly and with care.

Compensation : ₱15,000/month + 3% sales commission
