Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
• Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details clearly
• Upsell complementary items and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers efficiently during busy periods

Requirements

• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages such as Bilingual capabilities are a plus
• Experience with product demos, merchandising, POS systems, and cashiering is advantageous
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store presentation standards
• Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and phone etiquette proficiency
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer relationship
