Sales Assistant – AZ Division

Continental Flooring Company is an Arizona-based family-owned contractor providing nationwide flooring and ceiling tile services for primarily government customers. Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting a team of four salespeople and a senior sales manager to grow the division
• Assisting with bids, drawings, and proposal preparation
• Helping generate and track sales leads
• Updating, cleansing, and maintaining CRM data for accuracy and efficiency
• Providing customer service support and helping manage client requests
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth project and sales support

Qualifications Include:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new and changing software
• Team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to group success
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
