Sales Assistant

About the role

As Sales Assistant at Xsolla Curine Academy (XCA), you will drive space rentals, boost course enrolments, and fuel corporate partnerships. You will be the face and voice of XCA for incoming clients and prospective students.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect key HR, L&D, and Event Managers across top Klang Valley companies.
• Manage inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and call—delivering fast, high-converting responses.
• Draft proposals, issue quotations/invoices, confirm bookings, and manage post-event feedback.
• Lead engaging physical tours of our Lectorium, classrooms, and incubator space for prospective corporate clients.
• Be the point of contact on event days for setup, client check-in, and operational alignment.
• Assist with course promotion, draft outreach copy with the content team, and support trainer onboarding.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, or a related field
• 1–2 years in B2B sales, venue management, client services, or event coordination is an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and WhatsApp Business
• Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging corporate stakeholders

• Weekly Punctuality Allowance: RM 50 / week (up to RM 200 / month) for 100% on-time attendance
• Sales Incentives: Annual performance bonus & commission earned on venue bookings and course seat sales
• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM schedule
• Weekend Events: On a rotational basis with Replacement Days Off (Off-in-Lieu) or rest day pay in accordance with the Employment Act 1955
