We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join a growing sales and marketing team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with customers, represent established client brands and help deliver sales and customer acquisition campaigns.

You don’t need previous sales experience to get started. You’ll receive training and ongoing support to help you understand the sales process, improve your customer communication and build confidence in a commercial environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play an active role in delivering campaigns and creating positive customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers and building positive conversations
• Representing client brands professionally
• Introducing customers to relevant products, services and offers
• Understanding customer needs and answering questions
• Supporting sales and customer acquisition targets
• Developing strong product and campaign knowledge
• Working alongside the wider team to achieve daily objectives
• Keeping track of individual results and performance
• Taking part in regular training and coaching
• Contributing ideas to improve customer engagement and sales results

The role is designed to give you practical sales experience from day one, with support available as you develop.
