Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, documentation, quotations, CRM updates, and coordination with clients. The candidate should be organised, good at communication, and comfortable working with software and spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update sales leads and customer data
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
• Maintain CRM, Google Sheets, and sales trackers
• Track follow-ups, meetings, conversions, and pending actions
• Coordinate with operations and other teams after sales closure
• Assist the sales team in preparing client requirements and information
• Maintain proper records of clients, communication, and documents
• Prepare basic daily/weekly sales reports
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and completing day-to-day activities

Required Skills

• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable using CRM and other software
• Good organisational and documentation skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate with multiple people
• Freshers can apply

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
