Sales Representative – Entry LevelFull Training Provided | Cardiff

We’re expanding our Cardiff team and are looking for motivated people who enjoy meeting and speaking with others. This is a face-to-face, door-to-door sales role, representing well-known brands and services within residential areas.

No previous sales experience is necessary. You’ll receive training, coaching and ongoing support to help you develop your communication, sales and customer service skills.

The Role

As part of the team, you’ll:

• Speak with customers directly at their homes in residential areas
• Introduce and explain products and services in a clear, professional way
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable options
• Answer questions and respond positively to customer concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work alongside other team members towards shared targets
• Take part in regular coaching and development sessions
• Attend the Cardiff office as required and commute to daily field locations

You should be:

• Confident communicating with different types of people
• Reliable, motivated and professional
• Comfortable working towards performance targets
• Able to handle rejection and customer objections constructively
• Capable of working independently while contributing to a team
• Organised and comfortable using basic computer systems

Minimum availability: 4 days per week

The role is Cardiff-based and involves regular face-to-face work within residential areas.
