Sales Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to Sales Manager to support sales operations, performance reporting, and business coordination. The successful candidate will help ensure accurate sales data, efficient processes, and effective communication across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in daily sales operations and business activities
• Prepare sales reports, monitor performance, and track progress against sales targets
• Maintain and update sales pipeline, forecasts, quotations, and order status
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth sales operations
• Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and management reports
• Assist with sales meetings, presentations, and other administrative tasks

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or sales operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Good command of written and spoken English (Chinese is an advantage)
• Experience in the ICT or technology industry is preferred
