Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and customer-focused team member to join us full time. This role involves a high level of one-to-one interaction with customers of all ages in a personal and sometimes intimate environment. No bra fitting experience is required, as full training will be provided. Bra fitting is a highly specialised skill that requires extensive product knowledge and hands-on experience. Training takes time, so we are seeking someone who is looking for a long-term career opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through one-to-one interaction with customers
• Guide customers through decisions with understanding, patience, and empathy
• Provide professional bra fitting services following training
• Contribute to a supportive team environment
• Maintain a well-presented appearance and professional manner

About you

• A professional manner and a genuine commitment to outstanding customer service
• The maturity and confidence to work with people of all ages, backgrounds, and personalities
• The ability to guide customers through decisions with understanding, patience, and empathy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A well-presented appearance and the ability to think on your feet
• A positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a supportive team environment
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent spoken English
• Regular weekend availability is essential, as weekends are our busiest trading times
• Full availability throughout December and the Christmas/New Year period is highly desirable
