Sales Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Assistant to support our client's sales team in quotation preparation, customer coordination, vendor liaison, and sales administration.

Key Responsibility

• Support the Sales Team: Assist the Sales Director with daily sales activities, meeting arrangements, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Prepare Quotations & Proposals: Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.
• Coordinate with Customers & Vendors: Follow up on pricing, product availability, delivery timelines, customer enquiries, and pending quotations.
• Work Across Departments: Liaise with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Technical, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth coordination.
• Manage Sales Records: Maintain quotation trackers, sales pipelines, customer communications, and sales reports.
• Keep Things on Track: Monitor outstanding tasks and follow up on customer requirements and ongoing sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
