Sales Assistant

Experience: 0-6 Months (Freshers Welcome)
Qualification: B.Com / Any Graduate

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team and interact with customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn sales processes and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through phone calls and emails.
• Understand customer requirements and provide product/service information.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales orders, and reports.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM or sales databases.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery updates.
• Support sales activities and achieve assigned targets.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of sales and business processes is an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
