About the Job

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to keep our sales engine running. You’ll be the person who makes sure no lead slips through the cracks, every call is prepped and every follow-up goes out on time.

This is a full-time, in-office role. It’s a good fit for someone early in their sales career who wants real reps, not busywork.

What you’ll do:

• Prospecting & outreach: Research law firms, build lead lists, and reach out by phone, email and LinkedIn to book discovery calls.
• CRM & pipeline management: Keep our CRM clean and current, schedule meetings, track follow-ups and help put together proposals.
• Sales call support: Prep the team before calls, take notes during them and send clear recaps and next steps afterward.
• Keep things moving: Spot stalled deals, flag hot leads and help us tighten the sales process as we grow.

Qualifications

You’ll do well here if you:

• Are organized and like getting things done. Loose ends bother you.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, in writing and on the phone.
• Pick up new tools quickly. CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar) is a plus.
• Can handle “no” without losing momentum.
• Have 2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, admin or a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Salary and Benefits

• Pay: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Full-time, 9:00-5:30 Monday to Friday
• Location: In-office, Clearwater FL
• 6 Days of PTO in the First Year
• Unlimited PTO after the First Year
• Casual Dress Code
• Snacks and drinks in the office provided
