About the role

R Web Solutions Corp. is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and driving business growth. As a Sales Assistant, you will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, managing administrative tasks, and facilitating the sales process to ensure our clients receive exceptional service. Key responsibilities

• Support sales representatives in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Maintain and manage client databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Handle incoming enquiries from prospective clients and provide initial product or service information
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with potential and existing clients
• Prepare sales reports, quotations, and contracts for review and approval
• Assist in organising sales events, demonstrations, and client presentations
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner via email, phone, or chat
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
• Monitor sales pipelines and assist in tracking sales performance metrics
• Contribute to team efforts to achieve sales targets and objectives

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in business, marketing, sales, or a related field
• Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role, ideally within the technology or web solutions sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities with capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented approach with strong accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and grow within the sales environment
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team whilst also taking initiative independently
• Basic understanding of web solutions, digital marketing, or IT services is advantageous
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
