Location: PIK Gold Coast, North Jakarta

Position: Sales Assistant / Sales Support

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelors Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Admin, Sales Support, Customer Service, or in a similar role.

• Fluent in English, with good communication skills and the ability to handle English-language documents.

• Able to communicate effectively and follow up with Indonesian customers.

• Strong administrative, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsive, communicative, and proactive in following up on customer requests.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

• Prepare, organize, and manage documents in English.

• Communicate and follow up with Indonesian customers regarding their inquiries and requests.

• Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

• Follow up on quotations, orders, documentation, and other customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.

• Support the sales team in delivering responsive and professional customer service.
