Sales Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their two-wheeler requirements.
• Explain Bajaj motorcycle and scooter features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
• Generate sales enquiries through telecalling, referrals, and customer follow-ups.
• Recommend suitable models based on customer needs and budget.
• Arrange test rides and coordinate with the sales team.
• Explain vehicle finance options and exchange offers.
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
• Update customer details and follow-up activities in the CRM / LeadSquared system.
• Assist with booking formalities, documentation, and vehicle delivery.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two; graduates are welcome.
• Freshers can apply.
• Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Interest in automobiles and customer handling.
• Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
