Role Description The Sales Assistant role at Decathlon is a full-time, on-site position based in Novi Beograd. In this role, the Sales Assistant supports customers on the shop floor, providing guidance on products, sizes, and sport-specific needs, while ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring pricing and signage are accurate. The Sales Assistant also processes sales at the checkout, handles returns and exchanges in line with company policies, and helps keep the store clean, safe, and organized. Collaboration with teammates to achieve sales targets, support in-store events, and share product and sport knowledge is an essential part of the role.
