Sales Assistant

Cedarwood Furniture is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Full Time Sales Assistant . If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a busy customer-facing role, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in-store, providing a friendly and professional experience.
• Promote and sell a wide range of products including furniture and homeware.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries in a helpful and timely manner.
• Deal with in store customer queries professionally
• Provide excellent customer service
• Stay up to date with the latest product ranges to offer informed advice to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly rate plus commission

This is ideally a full-time position and working on a Saturday is required, however we are open to discussing part-time hours for the right candidate.
