Sales Assistant

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Associate for a unique opportunity with a highly distinctive, niche luxury fashion house launching a new concession within a leading department store.

This is an opportunity for a commercially driven stylist who combines strong luxury fashion experience with excellent styling skills, RTW knowledge and a genuine passion for building meaningful client relationships.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering highly personalised styling and client experiences, with strong RTW and product knowledge.
• Developing and managing your own client book, driving repeat business and new client acquisition.
• Proactively using CRM and clienteling to build long-term relationships and generate sales.
• Building connections with external stylists, personal shoppers and relevant networks to bring new clients into the business.
• Working confidently within a KPIdriven environment, consistently delivering against commercial targets.
• Bringing fresh ideas and initiatives to grow the client base and drive the business forward.
• Taking a proactive, entrepreneurial and solution-driven approach to opportunities and challenges.

About You

Ideally, you will have:

• 2–3+ years' luxury fashion experience, preferably within a department store.
• A proven track record in styling, clienteling and CRM.
• An established client book and strong external network.
• Excellent RTW knowledge and a natural eye for styling.
• A warm, confident and high-energy personality with the ability to build relationships effortlessly.
• A proactive mindset, commercial awareness and a genuine desire to share ideas and create new opportunities.
• The ability to thrive in a more considered, slower-paced luxury environment, where quality of client interaction matters.
