As our European business expands, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales teams across Poland, the Nordic countries, and the Baltic states.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily sales operations, including quotations, contract coordination, internal approvals, and sales administration.
• Maintain CRM records, customer information, project data, and sales documentation.
• Handle routine customer communications and coordinate follow-up on business inquiries.
• Track project progress, consolidate sales data, and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and support Country Managers in daily business activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Business, Economics, or STEM backgrounds are preferred.
• Chinese as mother language; Professional in Polish and good working proficiency in English.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn, with good communication and coordination skills.
• Previous sales support or CRM experience is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in renewable energy or energy storage is a plus.
• Based in Warsaw, Poland, and available for full-time employment.
