Sales Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and bilingual Real Estate Sales Assistant to join our growing real estate team in Markham.

This role combines sales support, property marketing, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent communication skills, and is interested in developing a career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing pre-construction projects and resale properties.
• Assist with property listings, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Maintain client records and support daily sales administration.
• Assist real estate agents with daily operations and customer service.
• Support marketing campaigns and other sales-related activities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
• Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an asset.
• Knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area real estate market is an advantage.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
