We are currently seeking talented and skilled professionals to join our team as a Sales Assistant. This direct-hire job is located in Bacoor, Cavite**.**

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by preparing and consolidating sales reports, monitoring account performance, and processing Sales Order Forms (SOFs) through the SAP Business One system. You will also assist in preparing bidding documents and client quotations, scheduling meetings, processing purchase orders, coordinating product deliveries, and providing administrative and after-sales support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or any four-year course.
• Fresh graduates and applicants with or without experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to drive is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Prepare and consolidate sales reports, pipeline updates, and account records.
• Process and upload Sales Order Forms (SOFs) into SAP Business One.
• Prepare, print, and consolidate bidding documents, client proposals, and accreditation requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding quotations and product deliveries.
• Maintain customer databases, monitor pending sales orders, and provide after-sales support.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and performing other sales-related tasks.
