Sales Assistant

About the role

As a Sales & Customer Service Crew member, you will be the first face guests see. You'll welcome families, handle ticketing and sales, and help keep the play areas safe and fun. You'll also help us tell the Popoland story online by creating social media content from what happens on the floor. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a fun, supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, helpful attitude
• Answer enquiries about tickets, packages, memberships, and facilities
• Handle feedback and minor complaints politely, and escalate to the supervisor when needed
• Help parents and children with rules, safety reminders, and directions around the park
• Process ticket sales, memberships, and payments at the counter using the POS system
• Promote party packages, memberships, add-ons, and ongoing promotions
• Support birthday parties and group bookings, including setup and guest assistance
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets as a team
• Shoot photos and short videos of the park, events, and happy moments (with guest consent where required)
• Edit and publish content such as reels, TikToks, and posts for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

About you

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
• Basic skills in photo and video shooting and editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar); a sample of your work is an advantage
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok trends
• Friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoy working with children and families
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage
• Able to stay energetic and on your feet for long periods
• Responsible, honest, and a good team player
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, school holidays, and public holidays on a rotating basis
• Own transport preferred; must be able to commute to Puchong
