Sales Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, promote products or services, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound customer inquiries.
• Explain products or services to potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer information, lead status, and sales activities in CRM software.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, share proposals, and negotiate pricing where applicable.
• Coordinate with the marketing, customer support, and field sales teams.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update the sales pipeline.
• Follow up on pending payments and orders, where required.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
