* Handyman – Basic maintenance, repairs, and general property-related tasks.

* Admin Assistant – Office support, scheduling, communication, and general administrative duties.

* Clerk – Record keeping, filing, data entry, and other clerical responsibilities.

* Assistant – General support with day-to-day project and team activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and attractive
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
• Upsell relevant products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
• Maintain organized work areas, manage time effectively during busy periods, and adhere to store policies on phone etiquette and communication
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and basic math calculations for pricing and discounts

Experience

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, or merchandising is a plus
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently are essential
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and POS operations are necessary
• Experience with cashiering, cash handling, or retail POS systems will be advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with positive phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Pay: $20.60-$30.34 per hour

Expected hours: 7.0 per week
