Job Summary

Founded in 2020, DripModa is a multi-brand sportswear retailer bringing together the worlds of outdoor, performance and lifestyle. We specialise in curating head-to-toe looks, bringing together the latest styles from leading names and emerging brands to deliver the best of modern sportswear, all in one place. We are now preparing to open our seasonal Manchester Pop-Up store, marking the next chapter in our retail journey, and are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet every customer promptly, warmly, and professionally, creating a positive first impression of the brand.
• Build rapport with customers through open, friendly conversation and active listening.
• Provide a personalised shopping experience by proactively approaching customers who may require assistance, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable products.
• Address and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.

Store Operations

• Support overall store operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures, representing the company professionally, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards by ensuring the shop floor is clean, well stocked, and well organised.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
• Support stock takes and inventory management.
• Drive and exceed store sales targets, and upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
• Organised, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required.
• Flexibility to work during store opening hours, including weekends.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions accurately.

Pay: £12.81 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
