Sales Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Process orders, track deliveries, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Support sales executives in scheduling meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on product features, promotions, and competitor offerings.
• Experience in the technology or computer industry is preferred.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor’s degree in Business or Entrepreneurship, Information Technology, Business

Administration, or a related field

● With a pleasing personality and a positive outlook

● Has prior experience in administrative, purchasing, or sales assistant positions

● Proficient in computers and software applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint), Canva, and similar tools

● Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

● Background in the IT (information technology) industry is an advantage

● Strong command of English

● Confident and comfortable interacting with people

● Well-organized and well-mannered
