Sales Assistant

About the role

This is a Sales Assistant role responsible for managing customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries, as well as supporting the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries via email, calls, and messages professionally
• Prepare sales documents, including quotations, orders, invoices, and maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Follow up on pending orders, payments, and client requirements
• Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Accounting to ensure seamless order execution and status updates
• Assist Sales Executives with administrative tasks, sales reports, and presentations
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Sales Manager or immediate supervisor

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or similar role is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Customer-service oriented and professional
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in furniture manufacturing, construction, interior design, or a related industry is an advantage
