Sales Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken individual to handle incoming leads generated through our Facebook and Instagram advertisements for interior design and fit-out projects.

Tamil and English spoken.

Key Responsibilities

• Call new leads received through Facebook and Instagram advertisements.
• Follow up with leads promptly and maintain regular communication.
• Understand the client's basic requirements, including property location, project type, budget and project timeline.
• Explain our interior design and execution services and initiate the initial discussion.
• Identify genuine and potential clients and arrange site inspections or appointments for the next-stage team.
• Share qualified lead details with the concerned sales or site inspection team.
• Repeatedly follow up with unanswered calls and interested clients.
• Maintain a record of calls, follow-ups, client responses and lead status.
• Identify invalid, unreachable or non-interested leads and update the records accordingly.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Confident speaking over the phone and handling client enquiries.
• Persistent, organised and good at follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of interior design or construction is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
