SALES & SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT

Sales Assistant position for a prestigious Indian bridal and grooms-wear brand.

Sonas Couture offers more than a beautiful brand to our clients; we are looking for an employee to have the passion and enthusiasm to be part of our luxury boutique.

Essential Skills:

• Must be able to speak an Indian Language ********** (please do not apply if you cannot speak an Indian language)
• To Demonstrate Enthusiasm for the Sonas brand and products.
• Ability to be approachable by all range of customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Prefer minimum 1 year retail experience or customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet & Greet Customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Managing leads and following up with clients.
• Keep up with industry trends.
• Helping customers with their needs.
• Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
• Logging deliveries, maintaining tidy stock on shop floor/stock room.
• Handling alteration forms/ order forms.
• Replenish stock and display changes on shop floor.

SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERIENCE: Previous experience with Instagram and social media content creation is essential. The ideal candidate should be confident creating engaging reels and stories, showcasing our designs, and helping to grow our online presence and attract new customers.

Job Types: Part-time, weekend compulsory
Salary: £12.75 per hour
