Sales Assistant

What we're looking for

Responsibilities

• Customer contact: Evidence of serving customers, answering enquiries, explaining products or handling complaints. Ability to meet deadlines and work well with others
• Experience: Fresh applicants welcome; ideally some retail, customer service, cashier, promoter or online selling experience
• Computer skills: WhatsApp, email, basic Excel or Google Sheets and data entry
• Organisation: Experience recording orders, arranging appointments, handling payments or tracking enquiries.
• Someone who's friendly and keen curiosity in building relationships with customers
• Required language: Bahasa Meayu, English and Chinese (Optional)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
