Sales Assistant (Commission Only) – Dubai

We're a global agency that gets tradespeople (roofers, landscapers, tree surgeons, drainage, plumbers) more work. Websites, Google Verified, Meta ads: whatever makes the phone ring. 900+ trades so far, Google Partner, and a social presence that does a lot of the warming up for you. We're opening in Dubai and hiring sales assistants to sell to tradespeople in the UK, Ireland, the USA and Canada.

The job in one line: a tradesperson wants more work. You get on the phone, show them how we'll get it, and close the deal. Then the next one.

What you'll actually be doing

• Working the hot leads that come in from our Meta and Google campaigns: tradespeople who've already put their hand up

• Calling them back fast, running the sales call on phone or WhatsApp, sending the proposal and taking payment

• Dialling out when inbound goes quiet. Trades don't ring you, you ring them

• Selling whichever package gets that trade work: Google Verified set-up, website, Meta ad management, or the lot

• Keeping every lead and deal updated in our CRM (GoHighLevel) so nothing goes cold

• Handing closed clients to onboarding with a proper brief, then back on the phone

What you'll earn

• Commission only and uncapped. 20% of every deal you close, paid monthly in AED

• No ceiling. A strong closer working our leads has the potential to earn AED 40,000 a month, and nothing stops you going past it

• No basic salary. We're saying that plainly so nobody's surprised. If you need a base to get going, this isn't the one

What we need

• You've sold on the phone before and you've closed. Selling to small business owners is ideal; selling to trades is better still

• Fluent English, and you understand people on a bad line. You'll be talking to a roofer in Bolton, a landscaper in Cork and a plumber in New Jersey, and they all need to understand you

• Comfortable backing yourself on commission only

• Organised in a CRM. You follow up, you chase, and you don't let a lead go cold

• Happy working UK and Irish hours, with some later slots for US and Canadian leads

Nice to have (we'll train the rest)

• Worked in or around the trades or construction, or sold to them

• Sold marketing, advertising, websites or Google/Meta ads before

• Used GoHighLevel or any CRM

The details

• Dubai-based. Remote to start, then hybrid (home and office) once our Dubai office opens

• Full time, Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day. Core hours 1pm-9pm Dubai time (12pm-8pm during UK summer time), with later shifts agreed when you're working US and Canadian leads

• Commission only and uncapped: 20% on every closed deal, paid monthly in AED. No basic salary

• Employment visa and medical insurance provided after a 3-month probation period. Until then you'll need to already hold a UAE residence visa (e.g. family sponsorship or your own), and we arrange your work permit before you start

• Start as soon as possible
