Position Overview

- Assist with customer qualification, purchase agreements, contracts, appointments, and sales documentation.
- Track prospect activity, appointments, and follow-up in Lasso.
Customer & Realtor Relations
- Maintain timely and consistent follow-up with prospects from initial contact through post-closing, including scheduling return visits.
- Support New Home Consultants with realtor communication and follow-up after model home visits.
Model Home & Community Management
- Open and close model homes and ensure they are clean, organized, secure, and professionally presented.
- Monitor model home interiors, exteriors, signage, sales materials, and office supplies to ensure everything is accurate, current, and well maintained.
Administrative Support
- Prepare traffic reports and assist with maintaining accurate MLS listings and community information.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling, preparing documents, and maintaining sales records.
Customer Experience
- Welcome and assist visitors, collect prospect information, and ensure a smooth handoff to the New Home Consultant.
- Maintain knowledge of community features, home plans, pricing, specifications, and available sales materials to effectively assist prospects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A friendly, professional, and welcoming personality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong follow-through and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and utilize company software, including Lasso and UKG.
- Ability to work independently while also supporting and collaborating with the sales team.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
The Sales Assistant is a full-time position that provides hands-on experience in new home sales, customer service, and real estate. In this role, you will work closely with our New Home Consultants, support the day-to-day sales process, and develop a strong understanding of our homes, communities, customers, and sales approach.
For the right individual, this position can be a pathway to becoming a New Home Consultant. As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, customer service skills, sales ability, and knowledge of the new home sales process, you may have the opportunity to receive additional training and be considered for advancement into a New Home Consultant role.
